Log Metadata. Our optimization service processes log data within your infrastructure. We collect metadata about log volume, optimization ratios, and system performance. We do not store, access, or retain the contents of your log data — your logs remain in your infrastructure and your designated storage destinations at all times.
Usage Analytics. We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address to improve our services.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Process demo requests and communicate with you about our products
- Generate optimization models tailored to your log patterns
- Monitor service performance and improve optimization quality

Data Retention
We retain account information for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Aggregated usage metrics are retained indefinitely in anonymized form. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

- Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection
- Supabase — database and authentication services
- Fly.io — application hosting for API services
