Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sasquatch platform, website, or any services provided by Sasquatch Labs, Inc. ("Sasquatch," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of Service

Sasquatch provides an enterprise log optimization platform that reduces log storage and egress costs through lossless optimization technology. Our service includes an edge agent deployed within your infrastructure, a cloud-hosted control plane, and a web-based dashboard for monitoring and management.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Intellectual Property

The Sasquatch platform, including its optimization technology, algorithms, software, and documentation, is protected by patent-pending claims, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription term. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or optimization methods of any Sasquatch software.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission
• Use the service to process data you do not have the right to process

Data Processing

You retain full ownership of your log data at all times. Sasquatch processes your log data solely for the purpose of providing the optimization service. Our edge agent operates within your infrastructure — your log data is optimized at the point of generation and delivered to your designated storage destinations. We do not sell, share, or use your log data for any purpose other than delivering the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Sasquatch platform. However, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Specific uptime commitments, if any, are defined in your enterprise service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sasquatch Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and control plane will be revoked. You are responsible for removing the Sasquatch agent from your infrastructure. We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
